• The objectives for which the organization was established are broadly to sustainably utilize environmental resources for emancipation of the community especially the women folk against the background of threateningly dwindling natural resources base but specifically:
  • To sustainably use the dwindling environmental resources to meet community needs.
  • To conserve and restore the environment as much as possible in order to sustain the natural resource needs.
  • To alleviate poverty through women empowerment especially single mother headed families using participatory methodologies.
  • To promote women education as an emancipation tool.
  • To support orphans especially by meeting their educational needs.
  • To promote self-reliance through capacity building.
  • To promote vegetable, fruits and traditional crops growing for healthy nutrition and bio-diversity conservation.
  • To promote sustainable agriculture through integrated use of plant materials and livestock dung the readily available form of organic fertilizers.
  • To promote sustainable livestock production including zero grazing diary animals/cattle, goats, sheep, pigs and poultry.
  • To promote Bees husbandry (Apiary), honey production and processing including honey by-products processing and marketing.
  • To engage in tree planting activities particularly on the hillsides that are steep which makes them not conducive for other agricultural practices
  • To engage in all types of cottage industry aimed at increasing value addition to all the organizations’ members products and the community at large including wine industry, seedling production, flowers, energy saving stoves production including Bio-gas production and use.
  • To promote water harvesting and environmentally viable and friendly sanitation facilities.
  • To engage in and encourage wetlands restoration activities as one of the major means of attaining a highly productive, reserve of natural resources and healthy environment and many more attributes.
  • To procure and make available resources including knowledge, funds, materials, equipment etc for purposes of empowering the community.
  • To work in close cooperation with government, other CBOs and NGOs, the private sector, Religious institutions and other civil organizations, Welfare agencies as well as national and international voluntary agencies in implementing the organization’s programmes.
  • To employ sufficient and qualified staff to perform specific tasks of the services offered by the organization.
  • To offer consultancy services to members of the organization, individuals in the community, other organizations and groups.
  • Generally to do all such other lawful things as are incidental or may be thought of by the organization connect to the above objects or any of them..
